Moringa — another brassica superfood
Another plant with many similar benefits is Moronga (Moringa oleifera), also known as horse tree or drum tree. While it looks nothing like broccoli, it is part of the brassica family and is considered a vegetable despite growing like a tree.
I recently planted hundreds of organic moringa seeds in my garden. You can see some of them in the picture above. I do not plan to grow them in trees, but instead, they are often planted and will cut them as microbes for my salad (see photo above). Generally, each part of the plant has a portion of food and medicinal properties, and most of the portions can be raw or cooked. Globally, leaves, roots, plants, and flowers are commonly used .4 You can also get plants as microcars, which is what I would do.

Moringa is a dry source of protein (30.3% raw protein and 19 amino acids in dry leaves), fatty acids (44.57% linolenic acid 1717), beta-carotene, phenolics, olives, serpentine, beta-cytosol, chemicals, 18 flavonoids, and oats. 9
As noted on the nutritional composition of the 2011 Paper 20 Moringa leaf, “Prices of amino acids, fatty acids, minerals, and vitamin profiles reflect a desired nutritional balance.” A 2007 paper on phytotherapy research outlines the benefits of moringa, which are mentioned: 21
